Our therapy room is located at 5 Monnow Bridge, Monmouth, NP25 5ER (C/o Callisto Style)

For appointments, there are numerous car parks in the area. Street parking is available on the B4233 but please check signs for any charges.

Rockfield Road car park and Cattle Market car park (both north and south of the river) are pay and display car parks within a short walking distance. Drop off is available outside of the therapy room but no parking is available here.

Free parking for 1hour is available at Home Bargains on Monnow Keep, off Monmouth's main high street but this is a longer walk.

Please make sure you are able walk to our location from wherever you park.

One you have arrived, please enter Callisto Style and make yourself known to the reception. They will advise us of your arrival and we shall come and meet you.
