Cancellation

To ensure the smooth running of our service, we operate a strict cancellation policy. Please familiarise yourself with the below information and within our terms and conditions when you book your appointment. .

*All cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48hours notice prior to your appointment

*Any appointment cancelled with less than 48hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the services to be provided unless rebooked when contacted. Further cancellation of the rebooking shall incur the 25% cost.

*All missed appointments will be charged for the full rate of tests & an invoice will be sent. If you rebook when contacted, you will only be charged a further 15% of the total cost already paid for the tests to be performed.

*In the event that your appointment is cancelled by us, we shall offer you a further appointment at the earliest possible opportunity.

*Any cancellation needs to be confirmed by us in writing prior to the 48hour notice period.

*In the event you develop CV-19 symptoms, we ask that you access a PCR test as promptly as possible and inform us of the results in order to rearrange your appointment for an appropriate time. If you choose to not access a test but isolate for the duration of symptoms which stops you attending your appointment, you would be expected to rebook your appointment shortly after your symptoms have subsided and you are not isolating.
